I'm really interested in buying eyelids for my Headlights.
I have a 2002 Lanos Hatchback in black and I kinda want the headlights to look a bit meaner.
I've used the search and I've searched google. but no luck.
Has anyone found or made these?
I don't really trust my own skill to make em because then they'll look hack lol.
they're easy to make
take the headlights out, mask them off
draw the design on the tape
fibreglass the top of the lights (where the design is it can be rough)
use a dremel or similar to cut out the design
use body filler to cover the fibreglass
sandpaper the eyelids and make them smooth
paint them
use doublesided tape to put them on the car
stand back and admire
Sounds like you know exactly how to do it, *hint* *hint*
I've never done any work with fibreglass.
should i get into it ? is it worth it ?
can i get everything i need from let's say a Canadian tire ?
cause I really want the stock spoiler for my lanos hatchback, right now it looks too much like a bubble. lol.
plus id have no idea how to measure something like that.
if you want to do it, just buy a fibreglass kit from the hardware store or whatever
i haven't done it but i read a lot of car magazines
i agree with you bout the shape of the hatch
lanos' with ek9 spoilers look hot, that's what i want to get but they are hard to find... or too expensive

Thanks a lot everyone!
I did the 'paint' eyelids just to see how i like it.
I simply mask-taped my lights and used rocker-guard to paint the eyelid shape. I then clear coated it, and its lasted very well, but its fading kinda weird.
That ek9 spoiler looks sweet, thats a sharp looking daewoo.
