damn.. i love the deep shine and reflection of the exhaust maifold, just brings tears to my eyes, and you got this thing looking good from where i am standing

flywheel looks good, can you get it lighter than that, but in a stronger metal or something, i want one like that for my lanos 1.6 too..
oh, and the exhaust mani. he he he he he he he he he he

looks awesome! keep it up, let me see her race down the street and hear the woo horses sing.

for those who dont know, that manifold is for the SR20 S13 (240SX)

in europe they just cut the flange and weld a daewoo/opel one, the sr20 exhaust ports have the same distance as our 1.8/2.0 engines. in this case debo did the same as they do overthere.

quite true, but thats half the truth. the mani is not just cut and weld. the bore spacing gets progressively futher on the SR20 to NUBI flange.
wait let me find a pic.

here you go:

as you can see, you will need your welder to space it out as he tacks it into place.
he is going to have to clamp the tubes to pull them closer to the holes and tacks them in place. 8)
went through alot of trouble trying to convert it, making the SS flanges( BIG thanks to TOM and ERFINDER, they helped out alot and still are helping 8) ).

bottomline: the mani is not that hard to make, you just need a good welder to weld it in place. alot of them will tell you its a big job(no it not). just cut SR20 flange off, tack first tube in place, clamp second tube till its over the hole(adjustable clamp like the one in the link), tack and repeat for the others. as for the clearence of the turbo with the sr20 mani, to will need to have the turbo flange on the mani pointing the turbo out 15 - 25 degree from the block so that the turbo and downpipe clears the power steering and the dipstick tube.
DONE

Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.
Goooooooooooooood, Gooooooooooood, newsssssssssssssssss.
my baby started up today with the stock injectors.
she purs sooo sweet. it idles like and evo with work done to it, better yet, like it got cams.
the rev? ho my god. talk about rev on tap. the rev is so fast the stock tach can't keep up. it lags behind. i am going to need an aftermarket tach
she warmed up before i reved her.
right now i am waiting on my tunner to hook up the emanage so i can install the 40lb injectors back. also waiting on him to hook the wideband up for tunning, waiting for my 45 degree intercooler bend in the mail and somewhere in between, i'll take the car to the muffler shop to get the rest of the system hooked up. i can even type without making mistakes, i feel like i have had too much suger and am very hyper  .
pic comming soon

Ohhh.....I am jelous. Very nice job indeed Debo. Keep me posted how everything is working out. Also comment on any problems with e-manage, as I am using one as well. My motor 'should' be back in a month or so, I would be very interested to compare results and/or dyno graphs.

Good luck and do not get addicted to the boost (easy to say LOL).
