BTW your engine is a 1.5 not a 1.6... i looked at the engine pic you posted on cardomain and i saw the A15DMS code written on it... that's the code for the DOHC 1.5 engine found in Nubira 1... it pumps out 110HP

I've didn't even know they made a 1.5l DOHC engine... :doubt:

they did... it came on nubira 1 and i saw some websites (brembo) listing lanos with this engine

i was surprised to know that this 1.5 produces more HP than the 1.6 but it turned out that it produces it at 6200 RPM compared to the 5800 RPM of the 1.6... not sure how would that affect the way one drives the car (i mean driving a 1.5 DOHC vs1.6 DOHC)

i'd defiantly love to see the torque numbers of both engines as well as the RPMs where max torque is produced... i recon both will have very close torque numbers but the 1.6 would produce max torque at lower RPMs

mmamdouh, my engine is 1.6 dohc the photo i posted in car domain was for a nubira dohc engine from a website because i had no time to take a photo for my engine before mounting it, anyway i changed it to one very similar to mine, just for you :) trust me it's 1.6 Dohc
